Day 6

Singapore to Hong Kong 2025

Sea Day

The facilities were very good
Today was the second Sea Day, and also the second tai chi class.

This time I rearranged the chairs in the sky lounge to accommodate the number of people I expected, which was again close to 100 people.

The facilities were quite good with a raised stage which enabled a larger number of people to see the movements. They also had a head microphone linked to the PA system so everyone could hear clearly.

The sea was fairly smooth, so there were no problems with balance during the class which again went quite well, completing the second part of the extended ShiBaShi Qigong set.

This time I talked to a few more people after the class and met Terry Chaplin, a Tai Chi Instructor from Toronto, and we had a useful exchange of information and experiences.

It was quite crowded in the venue
